webmin does not launch from konqueror

error message says it can not launch session_login.cgi

But externally with firefox it works.

Haven't figure it out yet why that is happening, I thought it was due to expired certificate but it wasn't...
I'll check it, although our Konqueror version is a bit old and having some issues anyway.
