Delete the one with

Code:
route del -net 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 metric 0 eth0

by default localnet is 127.0.0.0 unless netconfig(-lcd) run correct. (/etc/networks)

If you are talking about torrentflux yes, because mysqlreset gone bad...

just type
Code:
mysql -uroot -e "grant all on torrentflux.* to tflux@localhost identified by 'your torrentflux pass you enter during secure';"

If you don't remember tflux pass edit /var/www/htdocs/tflux/config.php with new one.

Code:
smbtree -d10 > d10_log

and attach the file here.

Also you can try upgrading samba
Code:
slapt-get -i samba

and the output of
Code:
ls -l /etc/rc.d/

To see if there are vital services disabled.

I used that mysql command, though I had already checked the config.php and it had the password I set... I'm not sure what happened, though itseems the actual mysql password did not change but the one in the config file did.

EDIT: Also, rutorrent got broken somehow. I am trying to get something finished that is time imperative! I should have gotten it done before honestly, but if you know how I can revert the changes that security thing did or maybe running it again diferently can fix it... that would be great

Try to add in smb.conf under [global]
Code:
client ntlmv2 auth = no

Also if you are not goint to switch to "security = user" change "max protocol"
Code:
max protocol = NT1

Disable startup scripts
Code:
chmod -x /etc/rc.d/{rc.sendmail,rc.wireless}

If you can, reboot server

rebooted, no changes. rutorrent downloads are still stuck at "pausing" instead of starting, mysql error thrown in torrentflux, no local domain name (serv), and no samba shares.

Have you changed login details in torrentflux config.php?
Code:
$cfg["db_user"] = "tflux";
$cfg["db_pass"] = "yourpassword";

if you have problems restore default for now
Code:
$cfg["db_user"] = "root";
$cfg["db_pass"] = "";

Rtorrent shouldn't give you problems though.

When you said "no local domain (serv)"

Do you have a hostname.domain? (`hostname -s` `hostname -f`)

In "smbtree" command did you type a password? Because since it's share level there is no password, if you type a password you will get a
failed tcon_X with NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

Try it with "smbtree -N"

Well, rtorrent is completely broken immediately after the secure command.

After closer examination I found the bug for smsconfig secure and the changes it had made to the config.php file...
Code:

$cfg["db_name"] = "torrentflux"; // Name of the Database
$cfg["db_pass"] = "tflux";        // username for your MySQL database
$cfg["db_pass"] = "[X]";            // password for database

As you can see instead of setting a username it set a password twice, changing the first pass to user. I suppose there are likely still more bugs that could be causing the rtorrent problem, though not to do with a database cleraly.

Sadly this is of minimal use to me, as I had already migrated all of my torrents to rtorrent.

Yes that worked, when it asks for root password I figured I should give it to it.

Code:
WORKGROUP
        \\SERV                          SMS Samba Server
                \\SERV\IPC$             IPC Service (SMS Samba Server)
                \\SERV\rtorrent
                \\SERV\TorrentFlux Downloads
                \\SERV\FAXES
                \\SERV\Samba @ SMS

Hmm, now what?

The problem with secure was that, even if it fails to alter mysql root password and create a user for torrentflux (tflux), it continue to edit files, I already fix that in script.

Rtorrent ain't using a mysql database, you can see /var/log/lighttpd/rtorrent.log for errors while restart rc.rtorrent.
Also if httpd give in you errors you can login with wtorrent from lighttpd in port 81.

What's the output of
Code:
netstat -aun|egrep '137|138'

Did you upgrade samba?

Something fixed rtorrent now, after restarting it. rtorrent.log is an empty file.

Yes i upgraded samba.

I tried to upgrade sms-scripts again but it seems it was already up to date, when will that updated script be available in the repository?

Code:

Well, suddenly it is working again... weird, very weird.

I suppose I will ask before trying things myself for a bit now.

Which brings me to a couple questions about rutorrent. I have gotten to figuring out i need to set up authentication in lighttp and then adding a password file, but I am uncertain exactly how to go about it and what format I should use.

http://redmine.lighttpd.net/projects/1/wiki/Docs_ModAuth

I found that and it seems to be mostly what needs to be done, though I am finding myself a bit lost.

Also, how do I go about setting up rutorrent to be accessible via its own port (as in webmin is 10000, wtorrent is 81, etc)?
