Are you trying to open webmin file manager page from within SMS?
There is no need for that as you already have access to filesystem directly through konqueror.
If you still want to install java in SMS or Slackware you can use openjdk packages in extra/openbravo in SMS.Native.CD-Extra.iso or download latest with slapt-get
Code: | slapt-get -u
slapt-get -i openjdk openjre |

I mean if you install SMS with KDE and you are trying to open webmin shortcut in desktop, there is no need to access the Webmin File Manager as you already have access to the filesystem since you open webmin from within the server.
Webmin File manager is for cases you want to access or manipulate files in server from another machine like a remote access.
