That script is impressive! Everything installed without any error messages.

I launched browser http://localhost:8080/openbravo. I get the login page but images do not display. I entered the user name tad: password: pass but nothing happens.

I don't know about images, I don't experience any issues with images at my installations, and as openbravo installs in /opt/openbravo/ try to check the permissions of images folder.
Default Username and Password from Openbravo documentation are
username "Openbravo" (notice the capital O)
password "openbravo"
