This is from sqlgrey,, does sqlgrey running?

Do you have errors in your mailog from sqlgrey?

If sqlgrey causing you problems you can remove

check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:2501

 from /etc/postfix/main.cf under

smtpd_recipient_restrictions
