Hi,
I have installed the latest version of Slack Mini Server and I am having an issue logging into phpMyAdmin, should I be able to get access using the id of admin and use the root password.

To login to phpmyadmin you have to provide mysql root's password.
By default mysql has no password, so login as root with no password.
It's recommended to add a password before using the server.
