I have looked for 2 days and can't seem to find a way to get ProFTPD to automatically start up when my machine is rebooted or booting up from a power failure.
Can you help me?
Thanks. |

Just add to /etc/rc.d/rc.local
the following lines
#Starting proftpd
/usr/sbin/proftpd
under
/etc/webmin/start >/dev/null 2>&1 </dev/null # Start Webmin
I had an rc.proftpd in the early days of SMS but I didn't included it 'cause it was so simple to start proftpd.
