| i was download the lates sms live. while i install with "sms-text-installer" the system cannot boot. why????? |

Have you try second time to install?
Never had a problem, I 'll check it again though.
Did you notice an error during the lilo configuration?
Have you try the SMS.Native.CD it's better for installing and has all the development packages included plus extra.
