I tried to install mc from binaries.
It was unable to install it.
I could not found any midnight commander package on your server.
The command ./configure does not work.
I think mc is very important in each distro.[/img] |

You don't have gcc install.
You probably install from SMS.Live.CD or you didn't choose devel while installing from SMS.Native.CD.
That's no problem, just install development packages to be able to compile applications from
SMS.Native.CD-1.3.12-Extra.iso or Download them from SMS-Current tree at
http://sms.it-ccs.com/isos/SMS-Current/slackware/devel/
