just noticed that after the clamav database update, the clamav webmin module needs to be updated to version .90 ( the installed clamav webmin module is .80)
This is not reflected when a "update modules" is issued from the Webmin update tool.
I used this url;

Thanks I'll update my current version...
I'm already re-uploading SMSLive.CD-1.3.5 so most likely that will be on 1.3.6
