				| Hi, is java installed? I can't find it. If it is. could you tell me where it is installed? 
 I greped it but did not find it.

				| No Java is not installed. Java is out 'cause of big space that consumes. Where do you need java?
 Usually Java is needed on client apps, there for on workstations and not on a server.
 If you want to install it though use Slackware Security Patch 'jre-6u2-i586-1.tgz'

				| Are you sure it requires java on server? I take a quick glimpse it's big that's for sure, over 130MB.
 I'll have it in mind though to test it sometime, I see that needs postgresql and
 refering to Java development kit (another 80MB).
 You can install Slackware Packages, SMS is Slackware underneath, to test it.
 You will need 'jdk-6u2-i586-2' package.

				| thanks. Yes, when you run install it checks for java directory on server and if can not find then gives error message. 
 No big deal. I just wanted to play with openbravo as I heard some good things about it.
