has anyone installed djbdns? Read about it in Linux cookbook by carla schroder. Sounds interesting but I think it might have compatibility issues.
Would be interested in hearing from others if they have an opinion. |

Just saw the "how to install djbdns"
Don't see anything wrong or incompatible in installation, well only with a try will know.

Did that long time ago pretty much straight forward now use OpenDNS [ www.opendns.org ] much more suitable for small LAN's. Do check this http://www.opendns.com/features/overview/
Perhaps including it [ a link will do ] in SMS will help lots of users.

I guess you lost me. Opendns is a service. I am not wanting to use a service but was interested in a smaller and more secure dns server than bind.
If I misread the website, let me know.
