Is egroupware configured for ldap?
When adding new users for mail, what are steps?
1. Add to egroupware?
2. Add to ldap?
Just want to understand flow, so I can test.

Yes.
You just add to users to egroupware and that's all. postfix config though doesn't have 1.3.7 changes for mailscanner you must put them your own.
