Do you get an error?
Is port right and open?
Code: | netstat -ap |grep [yourport] |

Starting Webmin server in /usr/local/webmin/
Failed to bind to port 12000 : Address already in use
Could not listen on any portsroot@test:~# netstat -a | grep 12000
tcp 0 0 *:12000 *:* LISTEN
udp 0 0 *:12000 *:*
What is odd about this, is that the port I configured in webmin was 30031. |

The problem wasn't to start it, rather than to find out which process was at port 12000...
As fas as I know either is AFP, and if you are not running it, then it should be spamd (spamassassin).
The question though is why webmin want to use port 12000?
