Hi!

how can i disable iptables service. I will use CSF firewall with webmin module & iptables.

If you are referring to fail2ban just disable fail2ban so doesn't block your ports.

If you are referring to ip6tables for IPv6 is already installed along with iptables.
Just type ip6tables.
If you are talking about something else please provide a link to it

when i try to enable ipv6 support in CSF, i revive this error:

Error: /sbin/ip6tables (ip6tables binary location) does not exist!, at line 41

"which ip6tables" returns
/usr/sbin/ip6tables

you can create a symlink to sbin or change configuration in CSF.
