When viewing the download page, there is a "NOTE" in the very top section under KDE add-on.

My browser shows the following.

Is the complete NOTE documented somewhere else?
(I did review the announcement thread, but did not see instructions there, either.)

Also, I noticed that there was a "composite" DVD that used to be available that included all current versions and related add-ons. Is/are there plans for a similar inclusive DVD?

To install it for LiveCD use, place it on folder "modules" in iso and rebuild it. 

What browser are you using and did you set a large size font in your browser?
Just copy the contents of you SMS.Live.CD to a folder, place kde163.xzm in folder modules, and use one of the make_iso scripts depending on your machine to rebuilt the iso.
