I didn't remove it, so it must be missing from the start...
I 'll check webmin module cause returns an error when I try to configure a dyndns ip-up.
It's an old module (2003 for webmin 0.9xx) and it might be broken in 1.3xx.

I've uploaded ez-ipupdate, dyndnsupdate and ddclient to see if they come up handy.
