SMS has a certificate, just accept it, and login at https://yourserver:10000
If you want to login without SSl just disable it webmin configuration, or remove Net::SSLeay perl module.

Enable SSL in webmin and when you access webmin GUI you will get a warning about not a valid certificate (because it is self signed), just press continue.
