I've downloaded SMS.Native.CD-1.3, but maybe I didn't understand exactly how to do. I'd like to create install cd with winxp/nero....can you explain to me all passages for make it

Maybe is my poor English..ok try to explain better. I'm not looking for a windows application. I've a pc where there's installed windows, with nero for burn cd.
I've an other pc where any operating system is installed (empty, no linux no win). In THIS pc I'd like to install SMS, but I don't know how to do it for create the cd-rom with the file I've downloaded SMS.Native.CD-1.3.
I can use for do these only wiin/nero.

If I can do this I'll have linux

I hope you can understand.

OK! Now I understand correctly.
Your file it's an ISO image( SMS.Native.CD-1.3.iso)
Burn your iso image with nero.
if you right click on file SMS.Native.CD-1.3.iso and choose "open with" Nero Burning ROM. and BURN the iso.
If you don't have "open with" option on right click.
Open Nero StartSmart and choose Nero BurningROM and start a new CD compilation CD-ROM(ISO).
on Recorder tab (file,edit,view,recorder) there is an option "burn Image"
choose from browser the SMS.Native.CD-1.3.iso and press BURN.
When burning finish, boot with SMS installation cd and follow the instructions in the text installer.
