If your router's IP is on 10.1.1.x then you should have an 10.1.1.x IP.

Then I ought to change also server eth1 and workstations ips, because I was using a local lan with :
Server
eth0: dhcp
eth1: 192.168.2.1
Workstations
eth0: 192.168.2.x


Now it wiil be...
Server
eth0: 10.1.1.5
eth1: 10.1.1.6
Worstations
eth0: 10.1.1.7


Is it or need I another subnet to workstations and server eth1?

For instance:

Server
eth1: 10.1.2.6
Workstations
eth0: 10.1.2.7

You don't need to change eth1 address or workstations, only your eth0 in which your speedstream is attached.
