Hi forum

Just downloaded the SMS LiveCD version 1.5.2, Set up on my ESXi 500mb partition with 256mb RAM. I choose as a base product in the VM other linux Kernel 2.6 32 bit.


After mounting the CD it hangs on the boot at the following line


Starting SpamAssassin Mail Filter Deamon:100830 12:40:44 mysqld_safe Number of processes runing now: 0
100830 12:40:4 mysqld_safe mysqld restarted

Any ideas ?

added a little more RAM (512) and.. there it is the logon prompt Wink

SMS.Live.CD needs a lot of ram on VM.

I uploaded the file and generated the flat file to run it with on ESXi with the following command

vmkfstools -i /source_path/source.vmdk /destination_path/destination.vmdk
