I want something about mail server.
My SMS Ver. 1.52
Hostname: server1.example.com
IP 192.168.1.1
My email address user@server1.example.com
Something I want
My email address user@example.com
How To Do?

Add in /etc/postfix/main.cf
myorigin=$mydomain
That should do it, don't forget to do a "postfix reload".
If you want farther customization you can additionally use
canonical_maps = /etc/postfix/canonical
"man canonical" for more info,
