Hi,
There is 'cups'. It will allow you to do those things. In webmin, there is printer control under hardware tab. I don't know what features it has because I do not have it configured.
I am sure when gerasimos logs in he can point you to others. |

CUPS is what you looking for as long as our printer has UNIX support.
It have printer job queue, delete, stop, start plus settings for color quality paper e.t.c.
You can access it through http://localhost:631
