Great response. That is a big help so far. But what I ultimately wanted to achieve was something like a remote desktop without using VNC, etc..., not simply to just run xclock or a GUI ... |

Is there any package management utilities in SMS like slapt-get? The only one I see in SMS is installpkg, but I was hoping to come across something like Debian's apt-get available at the command line ... |
